position requirements:
provides consultation and execution in three or more of the following od disciplines:
- talent management & movement strategy (including talent planning and succession)
- org survey development & analytics (i.e., org health, voice of employee)
- individual psychometric assessments for selection and development
- organizational design
- change management
- workforce planning
required:
- behavioral sciences or related field education and experience preferred
- basic org research design methodology
- basic understanding of multivariate statistics
- project management
- cn / en language proficiency
- strong communication skills - verbal and written
- ppt design for executive presentations
- excel for data manipulation and data visualization
